Hello Splendid woman, I'm Claudia Margaritha 🥰
A 58, 8 years post-menopausal, science fairy, married to an infuriatingly adorable man and the founder of Orgasmic Aging.
Across the peri/menopausal phase I experienced a maelstrom of symptoms including loss of libido, sleeplessness, hot flushes, foggy head, mood swings, weight gain, intermittent vaginal dryness, pain during sex, and not 1, but but 2 pelvic prolapses.
I consider myself a fit and active person, but like many women, I hadn't paid any attention to my pelvis pre/peri/menopause and like so many of us was navigating midlife underprepared.
My previous trainings and background in psychology, fitness and general coaching hadn’t prepared me at ALL for this phase..
