My PelvicLiscious Story

(Peri)Menopause literally and figuratively threw the kitchen sink at me and throughout this phase I experienced vaginal dryness, intermittent pain during sex and not 1, but but 2 pelvic prolapses

I consider myself a fit and active person, but like many women, I didn’t pay any real attention to my pelvis pre (peri)menopause and like so many of us was pelvic_vaginal-illiterate

My training and background in psychology, fitness and coaching hadn’t prepared me at ALL for this phase..

But I came across 3 maverick women who turned my entire experience of midlife upside down 

And I discovered that we need a holistic approach

Within psychology, the sciences, even quantum physics and the intriguing traditions of Taoism and Tantra I discovered my perfect midlife and pelvic_vaginal cure

  • Science told me to get surgery and resign myself to painful sex and dryness. 
  • Holistic, Taoism & Tantra approaches showed me how to reboot my sensual identity and workout my self-pleasure to re-juice my body

Hello Beauty :-)

I'm 54, 5 years post-menopausal, science fairy, married to an infuriatingly adorable man and the Headmistress of the Orgasmic Aging Revolution.

Perimenopause became THE most liberating experience of my life, even as I experienced a maelstrom of symptoms including loss of libido, sleeplessness, hot flushes, foggy head, mood swings AND the dreaded middle body weight gain.

I'm not special, or uniquely talented.
